I am a 27 going on 28 year old Puerto Rican woman living in the Windy City. At the moment I am a teacher in training and I love to cook, even though I feel sometimes like my food is mediocre! My boyfriend is Mexican and absolutely has no idea the first thing about authentic Mexican cooking.
